4. Shipping

• Signature required on delivery
• Seller responsible for secure packaging

5. Ownership Declaration

Seller confirms:
• They are the legal owner
• Item is authentic
• Item is not stolen
• No outstanding finance or disputes

6. Liability

The Muse Edit is not responsible for:
• Damage before shipment
• Inaccurate descriptions
• Loss caused by incorrect packaging

7. Failed Authentication

If item fails authentication:
• Seller notified
• Item returned securely
• No payment issued

8. Agreement

This agreement becomes binding once signed.

This Buy-Out Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms of The Muse Edit Co Pty Ltd’s Instant Buy-Out service. By submitting an item and proceeding with a buy-out offer, you (“Seller”) agree to the terms below.

1) Instant Buy-Out Price

If The Muse Edit Co Pty Ltd issues a buy-out offer and the Seller accepts it, The Muse Edit Co Pty Ltd agrees to pay the full agreed buy-out price for the item.

Important:
The agreed buy-out amount is the exact amount you receive.
There are no deductions, no platform fees, and no processing fees taken from your payout.

2) Authentication & Condition Verification

All items are subject to a multi-step authentication and verification process upon arrival.

This includes verifying:
• authenticity
• condition and wear
• item details
• inclusions where applicable

Outcome:
• Pass → payout issued
• Fail → item returned, no payout issued
• Not as described → offer may be revised or item returned

3) Seller Declarations

By proceeding, the Seller confirms:

• The item is authentic
• The Seller is the lawful owner
• No outstanding finance or disputes
• Item details and photos are accurate
• The Seller has the legal right to sell

4) Payment

• Payment issued within 1 hour of successful authentication
• Paid via bank transfer
• No fees deducted
• Business hours apply

The Muse Edit Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details.

5) Shipping

• Prepaid tracked label provided
• Signature on delivery
• Seller must package securely
• Tracking must be retained

6) Failed Authentication

If an item fails:

• Seller notified
• Item returned securely
• No payment issued

7) Risk & Packaging

The Muse Edit Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by poor packaging
• Issues before lodgement
• Carrier delays outside our control

8) Agreement

By proceeding, the Seller agrees to these terms.
