4. Buying from The Muse Edit

5. Selling to The Muse Edit (Buyout & Consignment)

By submitting an item for sale, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner and authorised to sell it.
All submitted items become the property of The Muse Edit once accepted and payment is issued.
We may decline any item at our discretion without obligation.
Our assessment and authentication decisions are final.
Accepted items may be listed for resale at prices determined by The Muse Edit.

6. Item Descriptions & Authentication

We describe all items to the best of our ability.
All items undergo authentication prior to sale.
While every reasonable step is taken to ensure authenticity, verification reflects professional opinion and industry standards only.

7. Payment & Fees

Buyers agree to pay all applicable prices, taxes and delivery charges.
Sellers receive payment based on agreed terms at the time of offer acceptance.
Payment methods are subject to availability.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Risk transfers to the Buyer once the item is dispatched.

9. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If an item is significantly not as described, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds or returns are assessed at our discretion.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or violate any laws.
You must not interfere with security systems, upload harmful content or infringe third-party rights.
