8. Withdrawal of Items

9. Unsold Items

If an item remains unsold after the consignment period and the Consignor cannot be contacted:

These Buyout Terms outline the conditions under which The Muse Edit may purchase items outright from clients (“Seller”) for immediate payment.

By accepting a buyout offer from The Muse Edit, you agree to the terms below.

1. Buyout Overview

A buyout is an outright sale of an item to The Muse Edit in exchange for an agreed upfront payment.

Once a buyout offer is accepted and payment is issued, the transaction is final, and ownership of the item transfers permanently to The Muse Edit.

2. Eligibility & Authentication

All items submitted for buyout are subject to:

• Expert authentication

• Condition assessment

• Market evaluation

The Muse Edit reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any item at its sole discretion

• Request proof of purchase or supporting documentation

• Withdraw a buyout offer if new information arises prior to payment

Counterfeit items are not accepted under any circumstances.

3. Buyout Offers

Once payment has been issued, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

6. Condition Verification

If an item arrives in a condition materially different from that described:
