Every item moves through the following process, in order, without exception.

    Submit your item by sharing images and any supporting documentation, using this form

    Each piece is reviewed individually to assess condition, authenticity and suitability for Muse.

    We do not accept every item.
    Submissions without credible documentation may be declined.

    If your item is approved, you’ll receive an offer via email within 24 hours — with no obligation to proceed.

  • 02. Acceptance & Delivery

    If our offer is accepted, you may drop off your item to our Melbourne studio or send it to us via complimentary insured shipping.

  • 03. Authentication

    Every accepted item is authenticated again, regardless of receipts or prior verification.

    This includes expert inspection and technology-assisted brand verification to confirm authenticity, condition, and resale readiness — at no additional cost to the seller.

    If there is any uncertainty,
    inconsistency, or doubt, the item is not listed.

    No exceptions. Ever.

  • 04. Selling Path

    Once authentication is complete, your item is placed into the appropriate selling path — either buyout or consignment — based on suitability, timing, and your preference.

    Pricing, presentation, and next steps are clearly confirmed before proceeding.

  • 05. Consignment or buy-out

    Consignment items are carefully curated and presented to the right audience.

    Buyout items are handled discreetly, without public listing and paid out immediately after authentication is completed.

  • 06. Payment & completion

    For consigned items, once an item is sold and the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, payment is securely released to the seller.
