We retain bank details only as long as necessary to complete payouts and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify where practicable.
Proof of identity (where required)

Collecting purchases & same-day deliveries (identity verification)
If you choose to collect your purchase or use a delivery option that requires verification, we may request to sight identification to help prevent fraud and ensure the item is released to the correct person.
We aim to verify identity in the least intrusive way practicable and, in most cases, we sight ID only at the time of collection/handover.
We do not keep copies of your ID. Where we need to retain a limited record (e.g., for fraud prevention, chargeback/dispute handling, or where required/permitted by law), we minimise what we keep (e.g., recording that an ID check was completed and the name matched) and store it securely.
